Jeff “T-Rex” Collins (PhD, Carnegie Mellon University) is the Director of Air Force CyberWorx, a unit comprising a public-private research and design center located at the Air Force Academy in Colorado. Jeff is the former Deputy Director for Cyberspace Strategy and Policy at the Pentagon and Director of Staff for the Air Force CIO. He recently returned from Afghanistan where he Directed Counter Threat Finance Operations for U.S. Forces. At CyberWorx, Jeff melds military, academic and industry expertise with the latest technology, policy-thinking and user-centered design to solve operational problems for Air Force and Joint commanders.
